Burn DVD to VCD disc: |
| Step1: Download DVD to SVCD. |
Download DVD-Cloner trial version, you can copy a whole DVD for free. Run DVD-Cloner, and click the green button  to download DVD to SVCD. Click the "Yes" on prompt window, you will enter the introduce page of DVD to SVCD, then click the download button to enter download page, click the download link to download DVD to SVCD. Install it on your PC.

| Then click the icon of DVD to SVCD or click the green button to run DVD to SVCD. |

| Step2: Source and target. |
| Insert your DVD video disc into DVD driver if your source is DVD disc. Then choose it for your source in the source drop down bar. You also can click the source folder to choose IFO file for your source file. |

| Click target folder to choose a folder to save the output bin image file or insert a blank CD to Writer and choose it for target path. |
| Step3: Settings. |
Click setup button  to open setting window. Choose VCD encoding for your output bin image file at "Mpeg" option. |

You also can add region code for your output file, here give you two chioce, NTSC or PAL. NTSC is used in most America countries and Asia countries. Set screen size for small, medinum or full to meet your TV or player needs.
Choose a burn driver for your writer, you also can use the default settings. You can change speed in "Advanced" window. You also can change the CPU type and video audio bitrate.
You can just burn some chapters to VCD. Click "Chapter", you will enter the selecting window. Select the chapters you favorite at the list. You can preview the chapter at preview area. You also can change the caption and audio of chapter.
Then click "OK" to save your settings. |
| Step4: Click start button to burn DVD to VCD. |
| If you select the IFO file for your source file, it will eject automatically when data reading finished. If you have already inserted the blank CD, it will complete all things automatically. |
