Convert DVD to VCD MPEG: |
| Step1: Get DVD to SVCD. |
Download DVD-Cloner trial version for free online, install it. Then run it and click the green button  to open the introduction page of DVD to SVCD. Click download link to download it and install it on your computer.

| Step2: Install DVD to SVCD. |
| Double click the exe file of DVD to SVCD to install it on your computer. Then click the icon or the green button on DVD-Cloner to run it. |

| Step3: Source and target. |
| Insert your DVD disc into DVD drive and choose it for your source in the source drop down bar, if your source file is on DVD disc. If your DVD file is on your hard drive, you can click the souce folder button to choose a IFO file for your source file. |

| If you have standalone disc burner, you can insert a blank VCD disc into it and choose it for your target path. You also can select a folder to save your output VCD MPEG file by clicking the target folder button. |
| Step4: Settings. |
Click setup button  to set DVD to SVCD. |
| Choose VCD at "Mpeg" option, it decide your output MPEG file format is VCD. You can add region code to your output VCD video. NTSC for most America and Asia countries. PAL is used in most Europe countries. Choose a burn driver in the drop down list. You also can split your output VCD MPEG file for several chapters in "Pieces". Make sure the size of every chapter. |

| Change the speed and CPU type in "Advanced" window. You also can define the video and audio bitrate. Click "Chapter" button to select the chapters you want to convert. Preview and choose your favorite chapters in source list, you also can change the caption and audio of chapters. Then click "OK" to save your settings. |
| Step5: Click start button to convert DVD movie to VCD MPEG. |
