- Widescreen DVD Movie disc or file on hard drive
- Pentium-II 450 MHz or faster processor
- 64MB of RAM
- 5GB free hard disc space for DVD-5 (10GB free hard disc space for DVD-9)
- DVD burners
- Windows Vista,XP, 2000

Widescreen to Fullscreen: |
| Step1: Run DVD-Cloner V. |
| DVD-Cloner V has trial verion, and it allow you to copy a whole DVD movie. You also can order the full version and copy DVD movie without any limitation. |
| Step2: Make sure the source and target. |
If your source is widescreen DVD movie disc, please insert the widesreen DVD disc to your DVD drive now. And click the source drop-down bar to choose your disc for source.
If your source is widescreen DVD in your hard drive, please click the the folder on the right of the source drop-down bar to choose a widescreen DVD movie in your hard drive. |

| Then click the target file folder button to select a folder to save your fullscreen DVD movie. |
| Step3: Settings. |
You can set more options by clicking the setting button  . Set 4:3 in the screen ratio area to convert widescreen DVD to fullscreen DVD. |

- Read IO: It has three items, ASPI/SPTI/LIBC. LIBC can read early DVDs, it has highest speed. ASPI can copy latest protected DVDs, it also can skip bad sector. SPTI has high speed and supports bad sector skipping.
- Bad sector skipping: Adjust the reading speed through setting skipping value between 0~10000. If your set high value, the inportant data maybe lose. If you don't sure your DVD disc has bad sector, please use the default 100.
- Reading speed: High speed will occupy more system resource. If your computer is not very fast, please choose Mid or Low.
- Burning speed: Burning speed should match the DVD R/RW.
- Screen ratio: 16:9 or 4:3. Auto select is highly recommended.
- D5 disc size: The default is 4300M. This value will affect DVD compression rate.
- Special features saving rate: Higher compress rate will occupy bigger saving space. 30% is default.
- Number of copies: DVD-Cloner supports batch copy, yoiu can define the number of burning.

| Step4: Start. |
| Click "OK" to save the setting. Then click start button to convert widescreen DVD movie to fullscreen DVD. |
