Download DVD to MPEG: |
| Step1: Run DVD-Cloner V. |
| Step2: Click the blue button to open DVD to MPEG introduction page. |

| Click the download button or DVD to MPEG box to open the download page, then click the download link in the DVD to MPEG download page to download DVD to MPEG. The size is 1.96MB. |
| When you have download DVD to MPEG, double clcik the exe file to install DVD to MPEG. After installation, the DVD to MPEG interface will appear at desktop. |

Copy DVD to MPEG with DVD to MPEG: |
| Step1: Make sure source and target. |
If your want to copy DVD movie disc to MPEG video, please insert your DVD movie disc to DVD drive. Then choose your DVD movie disc for source in the source drop-down bar.
If your source DVD movie is in your hard drive, please click the folder on the right of source drop down bar to select your source IFO file. |

| Then click the target folder button to select a folder to save your MPEG file. |

| Step2: Setting. |
Click setting button to open the setting window.
In the format area, you can set the target region format, NTSC or PAL. MPEG target file format: MPEG1, MPEG2.
- MPEG1: A lossy compression format of video and audio. It is designed for VHS video and CD audio without obvious quality loss.
- MPEG2: A generic moving pictures and associated audio information format. MPEG2 has some progress based on MPEG1.
Screen size you can select is: small, medium and full.
Pieces: how many M cut. N/A means just 1 file , do not split.
Width and Height are the biggest size of clearer conversion file width and height. |

| You also can set advanced settings if you aren't an beginner. You can set converting speed, change the type of your CPU, set video and audio bitrate. |
| Then click "OK" to continue. |
| Step3: Start. |
| Click the start button to copy DVD movie to MPEG video. |
