What's NTSC: |
NTSC is developed in Second World War. The full name of NTSC is National Television System Committee. NTSC is a analog television system which used in most of the American continent  countries and in various Asian countries.
It is the first widely adopted broadcast color system. The United States will use ATSC to replace NTSC in 2009. NTSC is incompatible with most computer video standards, which generally use RGB video signals. You can add video adapters to solve this problem.

Copy DVD to NTSC MPEG: |
| Step1: Download DVD to MPEG. |
Download DVD to MPEG online, or download DVD to MPEG from DVD-Cloner. Download DVD-Cloner, then click the blue button  to open related page of DVD to MPEG. Then click the download button to open the download page, then click the download link to download DVD to MPEG. Then install DVD to MPEG to your computer. |
| Step2: Run DVD to MPEG. |
| Click DVD to MPEG icon or the blue button on DVD-Cloner to run DVD to MPEG. If you run it from DVD-Cloner, DVD-Cloner will exit automatically. |

| Step3: Source and target. |
| If the souce is DVD disc, please insert a DVD disc into DVD drive. Then click the source drop down bar to choose it for source. If your source is on hard drive, please click the source folder button to choose the IFO file on your PC. |

| Then click the target folder to open the folder list, and choose a folder to save your target MPEG file. This folder mustn't less than your target file. |

| Step4: Settings. |
Click options button  to open the setting window. Because we will copy DVD movie to NTSC mpeg which can be played at most American countries and Asian area. We will choose NTSC at output file format area. You also can choose the encoding way for MPEG-1 or MPEG-2. Set your TV screen for small , medium and full. |

You also can adjust the video width and height. DVD to MPEG allow you to split target video to more chapters, you can define the length per chapter. You can change DVD to MPEG working speed and CPU type at "Advanced" window.
You can just copy some chapter of source file, just click "Chapter" button, then choose your favorite chapters. You also can change the audio and caption of chapter. |
| Step5: Start copy DVD to NTSC MPEG. |
Save the settings of DVD to MPEG. Then click start button  to copy DVD to MPEG. |
