Copy DVD to NTSC SVCD: |
| Step1: Download DVD to SVCD. |
Download DVD-Cloner trial version and install it. Then click the green button  to open the related page of DVD to SVCD. Click download button to open download page, and click download link to download DVD to SVCD. Install it on your computer.
Note: The trial version just can copy five minutes DVD for free. If you want to use DVD to SVCD without any limitation, please order full version. |

| Step2: Source and target. |
| If you want to copy DVD disc to SVCD, please insert your DVD disc to DVD drive and click source drop down bar to choose it for your source. If you want to copy DVD to SVCD from hard drive, please click source folder button to select your IFO file for source. |

| If you want to copy DVD to SVCD disc, and you have another SVCD burner, please insert your blank SVCD disc to burner, and choose it in target drop down bar. Otherwise, please click the target folder button to choose a folder to save your SVCD video. |
| Step3: Settings. |
Click option button  to open settings window. Choose NTSC at Format option, and choose SVCD at Mpeg option. |

In this window, you also can set your TV screen size for small, medium or full. Choose your burn driver. You also can split your target SVCD file to several chapters at Pieces option.
DVD to SVCD allow you to change converting speed, click "Advanced" to change it and CUP type. You also can just copy several chapters to SVCD by click "Chapter" button, and choose chapters in the list, you also can change caption and audio. You can preview the chapter in the preview area.
Then click "OK" to save your settings. |
| Step4: Click start button to copy DVD to NTSC SVCD. |
| If you just have one disc driver, it will eject when copying finished. Insert your blank SVCD disc into burner, it will burn data to SVCD disc in a few minutes. |
