Copy DVD to PAL VCD: |
| Step1: Install DVD to SVCD. |
Download DVD-Cloner trial version for free and install it. Run DVD-Cloner, and click the green button  to download DVD to SVCD. Then install it on your computer. The trial version DVD-Cloner allow you copy a whole DVD, and copy 5 minutes DVD to VCD with DVD to SVCD. Order full version and copy DVD without any limitation. |
| Step2: Source and target. |
| Click DVD to SVCD icon or the green button on DVD-Cloner to run DVD to SVCD. |

If your source is DVD disc, please insert your DVD disc into DVD driver, and choose it for your source file in the source drop down bar. You also can choose IFO file on your hard drive for your source file.
You can insert a blank VCD disc into disc burner and choose it for your output path in the target drop down bar. Or click the target folder to choose a folder to save your output bin image file. You can burn it to VCD disc later. |

| Step3: Settings. |
Click setup button  to open the settings window. Choose PAL in "Format" option and select VCD at "Mpeg" item. You also can: |
- Set screen size for small, medium or full to your output VCD video.
- Split VCD file for several chapters, you can define the size for chapters at "Pieces" option.
- Choose burn driver.
- Advanced: You can change copy speed, CPU type and video audio bitrate at here.
- Choose your favorite chapters at "Chapter" window. You also can change chapter caption and audio at here.

| Then click "OK" to save your settings. |
| Step4: Click start button to copy DVD movie to PAL VCD. |
