Copy PAL DVD to NTSC VCD: |
| This process contains two parts: |
- Remove PAL region limitation of source DVD
- Add NTSC region code on output VCD video

| Step1: Download DVD to SVCD. |
Download DVD-Cloner trial version and install it. You can copy a whole DVD with trial version for free. Then run DVD-Cloner, and click the green button . There will be a prompt window pop up. Click "Yes" to open DVD to SVCD introduction page. And click the download button to open the download page. You can download DVD to SVCD by click the download link. And install it on your computer.
NOTE: The trial version of DVD to SVCD can copy 5 minutes DVD video, order DVD-Cloner full version to use DVD-Cloner, DVD to SVCD, DVD to AVI, and DVD to MPEG without any limitation. |
| Then, you can run DVD to SVCD by click the icon or click the green button on DVD-Cloner. |

| Step2: Source and target. |
- Source in DVD disc: Insert your DVD disc into DVD driver, and choose it for source at source drop down bar.
- Source in hard drive: Click source folder to choose a IFO file for source file.

- Target on blank disc: Insert your blank CD-RW or CD-R disc into CD writer. Then click target drop down bar to choose it for your target path.
- Target on hard drive: Click target folder button to choose a folder save your output bin image file. You can burn it to VCD, SVCD disc after.

| The source and target information will appear at the Information box. |
| Step3: Settings. |
Click setup button to open settings window. DVD to SVCD will remove the region code limitation automatically, you just choose "NTSC" for your output VCD video in Format option. Choose VCD at "Mpeg" option for your output bin image file.
You also can choose screen size for your VCD video for small, medium or full. Choose your burner style. Not need to change if your burner run normally. You also can define the chapter size of VCD by setting the chapter size in "Pieces" option. |

| If you are an expert, you can change the performance speed in "Advanced" window. You also can change the CPU type and video audio bitrate. DVD to SVCD allow you to copy some chapter in source chapter list. Click "Chapter" to open the window, and choose chapters your want to copy based on the chapter preview, you also can change the caption and audio of chapters. |
| Then save your settins. |
| Step4: Clcik start to copy PAL DVD to NTSC VCD. |
| You can save your output bin image file on your hard drive, or burn to blank VCD disc. |
