How to protect your DVD disc: |
| DVD-Cloner V can copy scratched DVD disc, but it will not have the same quality with original disc. So, we should pay attention to how to protect DVD disc. Here we show you some tips: |
- Keep DVD disc clean:
Handle outer edge or the center hole. Make DVD disc away from dirt, fingerprints, smudges, and sewage. Brush them in a straight line from the center of the disc with a clean cotton fabric.
- Store DVD discs:
Store your DVD discs upright in its original case. Don't keep it horizontally for years.
- Decrease the effect of environment:
Store DVD disc in dry, cool, dark area. Don't put recordable DVD discs into sunlight or UV light. Don't mark in the data area.

How to copy scratched DVD Movie: |
| Step1: Launch DVD-Cloner V. |
| DVD-Cloner V has two copy mode: Expert, Express. When you run DVD-Cloner, it will show you the expert interface. In this mode, you can set more options. |
| Step2: Select source and target. |
If your source is DVD disc, please insert your DVD movie disc with scratched part. Then click the source drop-down bar to choose your source disc.
If the scratched DVD movie is on your hard drive, please click the source folder button to choose your DVD movie file with scratched part. |

| Then click the target folder button to select a folder to save the target DVD movie file. |

| Step3: Settings. |

Adjust the value in the bad sector skipping area based on your bad sector degree in your DVD movie.
You can change the value between 0 and 1000. The bigger the value is, the more the system source will be occupyed.

| You also can set more options, like reading speed, burning speed, screen ratio, D5 disc size, number of copies and so on. Then click "OK" to save the settings. |
