| How to burn DVD to the hard drive with DVD-Cloner V? |

Please follow this steps to burn DVD to your hard drive:
1. Set the hard drive as your target location, click the button next to the "To” field.
2. A pop-up window will allow you to browse for a hard drive location.
3. Select a directory, then click "Yes".
DVD-Cloner V will then burn the source DVD to the selected directory, rather than to a blank DVD -R/RW. |

| How do I split DVD -9 to two standard DVD -5 discs? |
| |
Select the clone mode as " Split Discs" and start cloning, then your DVD -9 will be burned to two standard DVD -5 discs. |

| Do I need to repeat the DVD burning process each
time if I want to make several copies of one DVD ? |

No, you needn't. You can burn the source DVD to hard drive
( for example copy to d:\films\...) at first for multiple copies
of a DVD , then burn from the hard drive to a DVD /RW disc. And
then you can create multiple copies of DVD . |

| When I try to burn a D9 disc to a single DVD ,
it shows the message," Can't fit on 1 disc, please try
'Movie only' or 'Split disc' option", why? |

This message usually appears for one of the following reasions:
1. DVD-Cloner V fails to read your DVD movie, then please test
the source DVD to ensure it is readable.
2. Some D9 disc may be too large to fit on a single disc, though
the DVD -Cloner encoding system is very efficient. You need to
use either the "Movie Only" or "Split Disc"
option if it is this instance. |

Why won't my burned DVD -(+)RW disc play on the DVD drive,
or DVD player?

You should check the following:
1. Make sure the DVD drive or DVD player supports the DVD +(-)RW
format.
2. If the burned DVD is a DVD +(-)RW, try burning the source
DVD to a DVD +(-)R disc which is compatible with more DVD drives
and DVD players. |
