It maybe somthing wrong with your DVD movie or DVD disc, please play the DVD movie before cloning confirming if the DVD movie is ok, then check the capacity of DVD movie and DVD disc to know whether the disc is adequate for this DVD movie. When everything is ok, please try once again. |

4. I purchased and downloaded DVD-Cloner V. I get the error message: Runtime error! program:C:\\program files\\DVD-cloner\\DVD-clone.exe abnormal program termination. What does it mean and how do I correct the problem.
