How to copy DVD9 |
DVD-9 DVD-Video discs are problematic for DVD-R owners, because the cheap, writable single-layer DVDR discs can only hold the same amount of data that DVD-5 discs contain, due technical reasons.
However, there are several ways to copy a DVD-9 disc to a standard, single layer DVD-R or DVD+R disc.
Here show you how to copy DVD9 with perfect 1:1 quality, just copy the part you like on DVD9, copy DVD9 to two DVD5, or copy DVD9 to a DVD-+R/RW. |

| Step 1 : Select source |

Please click on the drop-down bar and select the correct DVD driver or DVD burner.
The information of source DVD will be displayed in the info box. |

| Step 2 : Select target |
 |
| Please click on the drop-down bar and select the correct DVD burner. Or you can click the button to select the path of hard drive, then the source DVD movie will be copied to your computer. |

| Step 3 : You can select anyone of the four copy modes. |
| A. Perfect 1:1 DVD copy |
 |
| brings you an excellent burning experience. The copied disc will remain 100% same to the original, no quality loss! |
| B. Copy a DVD movie to a DVD-+R/RW |
 |
| In this mode, you can select movie only copy, which can remove menu, special features and so on. |

| You can also customize the audio and subtitle |
 |
| When you click this button, the following window will pop up. |

| Select your desired audio and subtitle in this window. |
| C. Customize copy : |
 |
| Make customized copy. You can copy your desired chapter(s) or adjust the compression rate. |
 |
D. Split one D9 to two or more D5s. |
 |
| Copy a DVD movie to two or more DVD-r/rw. |

| Step 4: Start copying |
Before the copying, some detailed information will be displayed in the info window. If you want to skip it, simply cancel it from the "advance" option. |

You may define the number of discs to be burnt.
The Backup Process screen will be displayed and the backup will start. You can track the backup process via the progress bar. |

Note: If you would like your computer to shut down after the program is done copying, close all other programs and select "shut down computer when it is done." |
